Enquiries. When you send an enquiry through our contact or home page form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the service you are interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss our services.
Job applications. When you apply for a position, we collect your name, email address, address, the position you are applying for and the CV you upload. We use this to assess your application and to contact you about the role. Your CV is sent to our HR team by email and is stored securely on our website, where only our administrators can open it.
Calls and WhatsApp. If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to how WhatsApp handles those messages.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site secure, prevent spam and understand how the site is used.

- Job applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months after the position is filled, so we can consider you for similar roles. You can ask us to delete yours earlier at any time.
- Technical logs are kept for as long as our hosting provider keeps them for security purposes.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure connections, restricted access to submitted CVs and spam protection on our forms. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights

- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
